1. Introduction
Welcome to Tuff Coat Paint & Body Shop. By using our services—including collision repair, custom paint jobs, dent removal, towing, and related offerings—you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

• “Tuff Coat” refers to Tuff Coat Paint & Body Shop, located at 1701 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL. 
• “Services” encompass Auto Body Repair, Custom Paint & Refinishing, Scratch & Dent Removal, Frame Straightening, Collision Repair, Towing, Fleet Services, and more. 
• “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity receiving services.

3. Service Offerings & Estimates

• We offer a variety of paint packages:
• Affordable Paint — $699.99, includes 2‑year warranty for cracking & peeling (single-stage solid colors)
• Executive Paint — $999.99, includes 4‑year warranty, headlight restoration, and 2K sealer.
• Factory‑Like Paint — $2,000, includes 6‑year warranty, headlight restoration, 2K sealer, and fading protection .
• Estimates and project scope may be refined upon inspection.

4. Payments, Pricing & Insurance

• All fees are outlined in your service agreement or quote.
• We collaborate with major insurance providers to ease claims processing. 

5. Warranties & Quality

• Paint packages come with specific warranties based on package levels.
• All services are performed by skilled experts using premium materials, with over 25 years of experience.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is”—while we strive for exceptional outcomes, we cannot guarantee perfection beyond warranty terms.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, excluding indirect or incidental damages.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tuff Coat from any claims arising from misuse of services or breach of these terms.

8. Termination & Cancellation

• By Client: You may cancel prior to work start—fees may apply depending on timing and prep performed.
• By Tuff Coat: We reserve the right to halt or refuse service if required conditions are not met or it’s unsafe to proceed.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County.

10. Modifications
Tuff Coat may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
